Our services

SPMetrix Technologies provides IT services, including but not limited to:

  • Web Development (Laravel, Symfony, WordPress, Shopify, etc.)

Property rights

Unless otherwise stated in a specific service contract:

  • Our Content: SPMetrix Technologies owns the intellectual property rights for all material on this website.

  • Client Project: Upon full payment, the ownership of the final “End Product” (website, app, or design) is transferred to the client. However, SPMetrix retains the right to use the project for portfolio and marketing purposes.

  • Source Code: We reserve the right to reuse common code libraries and modules developed by us that do not contain the client’s proprietary data.

Payment Terms

  • Quotes: All quotes are valid for 30 days.

  • Milestones: For development projects, payments are typically split into milestones (e.g., Deposit, Development, and Launch).

  • Late Payments: We reserve the right to suspend services or pause development if payments are not made within the timeframe specified in your invoice.

Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to:

  • Provide all necessary content (images, text, credentials) in a timely manner.

  • Review and provide feedback on milestones within the agreed-upon timeframe.

  • Ensure that all materials provided to SPMetrix do not infringe on any third-party copyrights.

Limitation of Liability

SPMetrix Technologies will not be held liable for:

  • Loss of profits or data due to server downtime or third-party service failures (e.g., AWS, Google, Shopify).

  • Delays caused by the client’s failure to provide necessary information.

  • Business losses resulting from the use or inability to use the services provided.

Maintenance and Third-Party Changes

For websites and apps, we are not responsible for site crashes or bugs caused by:

  • The client or a third party modifying the code.

  • Automatic updates of third-party plugins or CMS platforms (WordPress/Shopify) unless the client is on an active Maintenance & Support plan.

Termination

Either party may terminate a service agreement with written notice. In the event of termination, the client shall pay for all work completed up to the date of termination.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.

 

Changes to These Terms

SPMetrix Technologies reserves the right to revise these terms at any time. By using this website, you are expected to review these terms on a regular basis.
